What the audit reads

Three things worth knowing before you build anything else.

We read your public profile and recent posts through three practical lenses, so your next decision rests on evidence instead of guesswork. Every claim points back to the posts it rests on.

01 · What's already working

Your commercial strengths

Which content themes, trust signals and audience behaviours appear to have real commercial potential.

02 · Where value may be leaking

Your monetization gaps

Where attention, engagement or an existing offer may not be turning into as much owned revenue as it could.

03 · What to validate next

Your next best test

Which product, offer or improvement appears most worth testing next, based on the evidence available.

How the audit works

From your handle to a clear next move.

Four steps, about 60 seconds of your time. Open any step to see exactly what happens.

Start my free audit
  1. Step 1 · About 60 seconds

Tell us where your audience lives

Four short questions: roughly how big your audience is, whether you already sell something, where to send your audit, and your main handle.

What we ask, and what we don't
    • No password and no account access. We read what is already public.
    • No payment and no card, now or later, for the audit.
    • No sales call. Everything arrives in writing.
  2. Step 2 · Reading

We read your public profile and recent posts

The themes you return to, the questions people ask you, what they save and share, and any signs they would pay for help.

    What counts as a signal
    • Repeated questions in your comments, and the words people use for their problem.
    • Posts that keep drawing engagement long after they go out.
    • What you already sell, if anything, and how your audience talks about it.
  3. Step 3 · Weighing

The evidence goes through three lenses

What is already working, where value may be leaking, and what looks most worth testing next.

    How we keep it honest
    • Every claim points back to the posts it rests on, so you can check it.
    • If the evidence says grow first, or improve what you already sell, the audit says so.
    • Prices and products stay hypotheses to test, not promises.
  4. Step 4 · Your audit

It waits in your private workspace

We email you when your audit is ready. Activate your secure Audience Upside workspace and it is there, with three directions to consider.

    What happens after
    • The audit is yours to keep, whether or not you go further.
    • If you want weekly help, Upside Operator is optional. Plans start at $39/month, and Upside Operator monthly starts with a 14-day free trial.
    • Nothing is built or launched without your approval.

Then it keeps going

Upside Operator reads your account every week and hands you three moves.

After your audit, Upside Operator keeps reading your new posts against your own baseline and your confirmed Creator Profile. Each week you get what changed, why it matters and the three moves worth making next.

  • Built from your own posts and numbers, never a template
  • Three numbered moves a week, with what happened remembered
  • A flat subscription. It never takes a share of your revenue.

Why I built Audience Upside

Creators shouldn't have to choose between guessing and giving away the upside.

I've spent years building direct-response businesses behind the scenes and creating content in front of the camera.

I kept seeing the same pattern: talented creators had attention, trust and an audience that genuinely cared. But turning that into an owned business often meant learning a whole new profession, or bringing someone in and giving up more control than they wanted.

The signals were already there, in the questions people asked, the content they came back to and the problems they trusted the creator to solve. Audience Upside exists to turn those signals into better business decisions, and to give creators the kind of judgment that usually needs an experienced operator, while they keep control of what they built.

Keep your upside

An operator's read, without handing over a share.

Working with a growth operator usually means sharing a cut of your revenue, often around 30%, before you even know what to build. You shouldn't have to give that up to find out.

Common questions

A few things you may be wondering.

Is the Creator Audit really free?

Yes. There is no payment, no credit card and no sales call. You answer four short questions, and we'll email you as soon as your audit is ready.

What if my audience is still small?

You can still learn from the audit. If you are under 10,000 followers, it may point toward growing your audience before launching an offer. The goal is the next move that fits the audience you have now.

I already sell something. Is this still useful?

Yes. The audit looks for gaps between the attention you generate and the revenue your current offer produces, then shows what may be worth improving, repositioning or testing next.

What if I have no idea what to sell?

You don't need a product idea. We look at the themes, questions, engagement and commercial signals around your audience to find directions worth validating.

What if the best move is not to launch anything yet?

That is a valid outcome. If the evidence points toward growing first or strengthening an existing offer, the audit says so rather than forcing a launch.

What happens after the audit?

Your audit lives in your private Audience Upside workspace. If you want to keep going, Upside Operator is an optional paid subscription that keeps reading your audience every week and gives you the next three moves. The audit itself stays free.

Do I have to give up a share of my revenue?

No. The audit and the Upside Operator subscription never take a share of what you earn. Separately, if you would like Oliver's team to build and launch an offer with you, there is an optional partnership based on a 30% revenue share of what we launch together. It only applies if you choose it.

How much of my time will it take?

The audit takes about 60 seconds of your time. If you go further, Upside Operator handles much of the drafting and structure while you bring the expertise and the approvals.
